“minced meat” as creative fare for intellect and mind

…it is sure: ”3/4 minced pork meat” is the title of the latest video production featured by the cameraman and photographer Gerd Pltizner from Aachen, the recently deceased dancer Marcio Valeriano, the percussionist Wanderson Valeriano de Azevedo as well as the organist Lutz Felbick and the painter Ralf Walraff - “hygienic clean packed and sealed in foil”. As an original artist movie is the 27 minute long film apostrophized by the makers. A collage of various creative ideas centering around the creative work of Ralf Walraff. Showing paintings and pictures of the studied graphic designer which represent – to stay in the picture - the foil for the experimental sound pieces of Lutz Felbick, pianist. The whole thing is spiced up with pieces of texts like comments from jazz concerts. This art world contrasts with laconic contemplative scenery mainly of the Hohen Venn as well as clips of the performance of the dancer Valeriano, who probably will still be in the mind of many people from Aachen because of his performances in the Ludwig-Forum, Aachen.

All this pieced together in absolutely non-hectic cuts as an essayistic homage of the creative work of one and a half decades of Ralf Walraff – while supplies lasts. If the mind is willing, the flesh should not stay weak for too long.
